Woodley Goju Ryu Karate Club

"Martial Arts is a life skill and I would encourage any child to get involved in learning self defence. Karate improves focus and concentration for better work and study habits. It increases fitness, stamina, strength, co-ordination and balance. They will gain a positive attitude towards life through self discipline and gain self confidence and respect for themselves and those around them. The children will make new friends, meet new people and much more" - Sensei Amie Benton
