Courses and Activities

We offer a wide range of courses and activities to suit all tastes and ages from Badminton to Pilates
For more details and prices please give us a call or pop into reception
Monday

Pilates - 10:30 - 11:30am
Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles

Circuit Training - 6:30 – 7:30pm
Starts in September 2010!
Suitable for both men and women covering a range of floor and upper body exercises whilst working at you own pace

Body Sculpting - 7:45 – 8:45pm
Starting in September 2010!
Toning to music, concentrating on floor and upper body exercises using hand weights
Tuesday

Tai-Chi - 8:00 - 9:00pm
Learn how to relax, improve your posture, increase your co-ordination, develop your balance and general strength under the guidance of an experienced instructor
Wednesday

Junior Badminton Club (Term Time) - 4:00 - 5:30pm
A fun club for beginners and intermediates

Pilates - 7:00 - 8:00pm (Beginners) & 8:00 - 9:00pm (Improvers)

Thursday

Inflatable Fun Sessions - 12:00 noon - 2:00pm
The session include 2 bouncy castles, soft play equipment for toddlers and includes tea, coffee and biscuits for all parents!

Body Balance - 7:15 - 8:15pm
Body Balance is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm
Friday

Yoga - 10:00 - 11:15am
Yoga can help you relax your body and mind as well as improving your overall health

Aerobics - 10:15 - 11:15am
Aerobics helps you keep fit through a series of exercises and stretches
