Eat 4 Health
Following the success of the initial scheme (October 2009) and the first 2010 scheme (January 2010), Woodley Town Council in partnership with Berkshre NHS are running a third Eat 4 Health scheme.
The program will run at Woodford Park Leisure Centre for twelve weeks from the 22nd April 2010.
The hour and a half sessions will be split into 2 parts, half for weight loss discussion to help participants eat well and lose weight, the second half will be a gentle walk, perfect for burning calories and ideal for those new to exercise.
On completing the course there will be further hour long follow up sessions after 18 weeks, 24 weeks and 6 months.
The cost of the session is £3.50, a concession rate is available.
