The following changes to bus services are to be implemented from January 2010.

Services 63 and 64 replaced by 12, 13 and 14.

New service 12 from Reading via Whitegates Lane, Bulmershe, Headley Road and Woodley Piazza to Woodley Airfield (Hurricane Way and Mohawk Way) with a 30-60 minute service in Monday to Friday peak hours and hourly on Sundays, but no service in off-peak hours or on Saturdays;

New service 13 from Reading via Shepherds House, Howth Drive and Headley Road to loop Glendevon Road and Tippings Lane, every half-hour in Monday to Saturday daytime and hourly on Sundays;

New service 14 from Reading via Whitegates Lane, Fairwater Drive, Crockhamwell Road to loop round Colemansmoor Road, every half-hour in Monday to Saturday daytime and hourly on Sundays.

Service 62 withdrawn on Monday to Friday and partly replaced by new service 19 from Reading via Royal Berks Hospital, University of Reading, Wilderness Road, Church Road and Bulmershe to Woodley centre, hourly in Monday to Friday daytime. There will be a bus every two hours round Eastcourt Avenue and Culver Lane. Service 62 is under contract to WBC on Saturdays and will continue to run - Reading Buses may request adjustments which will be considered on their merits but the main areas will continue to be served on that day.

A late evening service (and early on Sat/Sun mornings) on the current 64 circular route will continue but will be numbered 13A.

Service 22 will be reduced from half-hourly to hourly in Monday to Friday off-peak and on Saturdays, but the current level of peak hour service will be maintained other than one gap.
