The Audit of Woodley Town Council's Statement of Accounts for the financial
year ended 31 March 2009 was completed on 5 February 2010.
 
The External Auditors have issued an unqualified auditors report on the
Statement of Accounts.

The Statement of Accounts may be examined by prior appointment, at the offices of the Town Council at: The Oakwood Centre, Headley Road, Woodley, RG5 4JZ
